About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic sales team in Dubai and looking for driven Telesales Representatives who are fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, or German, along with strong command of English. If you’re confident on the phone, have a passion for communication, and are motivated to close deals — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective international clients
- Clearly communicate product benefits and value propositions in both English and the specified foreign language
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Follow up on leads, manage CRM entries, and drive conversions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team leads and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Indian nationality (required)
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following: French, Spanish, Italian, or German (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Previous telesales or call center experience preferred
- Experience in Fintech or financial services is a plus
- Confident, goal-oriented, and capable of handling objections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai (if not already based there)
